Orders within the United States will be shipped via Fedex Ground, UPS or similar carrier. Ground Shipping Rates for continental US only (48 Contiguous States). Please call for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping rates. We are trying to ship our orders as soon as possible. Usually it takes 48 hours (2 business days). Please note that some orders require at least 5-7 business days for processing and packaging if in stock. Some items may need to be backordered, which could require up to 1-3 weeks for processing and packaging.
Depending on demand and supply, orders for Emergency Food and Water might require 15-20 business days to process and ship.
Depending on the item's price, amount, and/or nature of the items sent, some orders will be sent with a signature required and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and/or restocking fees will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

If you are not pleased with your order within 7 days after delivery, please email email@example.com prior to returning your purchase to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, which you must write on the outside of the box. All returns must be in like new condition and in original shipping boxes. Returns are subject for 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for returns shipping charges. We will refund shipping charges (ground) if there was a defect in merchandise.
